Welcome Coaches!

Rec Coaches:

1)  Complete an Intent to Manage Form  2010 Intent to Manage 
      Mail completed form to JGSF, P.O. Box 949, Jenks, OK 74037 or e-mail to cathenderson@mac.com

2)  Complete the ACE certification through ASA at http://ace.usasoftball.com
      ACE certification (includes background check) must be completed and submitted at the February coaches meeting.

3)  Submit a roster with players who will be playing for you (we will fill open spots that you have on your roster)
      To guarantee players will be placed on your roster, e-mail to cathenderson@mac.com by February 12

4)  Submit a forfeiture check for $50 to JGSF prior to the start of the league. Checks will be uncashed and held by the Treasurer    unless team forfeits a game or fails to notify the league of a forfeit less than 72 hours prior to the game.

5)  Attend mandatory coaches meeeting on Wednesday, February 24 from 6:00-9:00pm at the Jenks High School Sharp Center. You  will receive your roster, go over rules and we will answer any questions.  This evening will also include a coaching clinic offered by the Jenks High School Varsity Softball Coaches.
