The JGSF Board of Directors can help you with any issues you may have. Your first point of contact should be your Age Coordinator. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION AND WHAT EQUIPMENT TO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Included in the registration fee are: ASA registration, insurance, umpire fees, and game balls. You will need to provide additional equipment such as a glove, bat, helmet, uniforms, etc. Please speak to your coach about your team's requirements. Also included are participation trophies for t-ball and 8U, and place trophies for 10U and older divisions.
WHERE & WHEN DO WE PLAY GAMES?
All games are played at Park West in Jenks, OK. The park can be accessed from Main Street between Elwood Avenue and Elm Street. Regular Season games are generally played on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday evenings. Regular Season games start on April 1 and the season should end the last week of May, but weather will be a determining factor due to make up of rain outs.

HOW CAN I HELP?
There are many ways! Each team needs volunteers and your support is key to ensuring a successful league for the team. Your fees do not pay any salaries – we are all volunteers! Contact any Board Member to find out how you can become active in our League or see some ideas below
Head Coach or Assistant Coach: Primary role is to teach the girls the game of softball and good sportsmanship.
Team Parent: Administrative right arm of the Manager ensuring that non-operational tasks required are supported and that the league communication loop is open to all parents.
Chaperone: Assist the Manager in the dugout area during games and be responsible to ensure the welfare of the girls.
Scorekeeper: Maintain the game records for the team and ensure that the game publicity provides recognition to both individual girls as well as to the team
Sponsor: You or your company can help by recruiting or being a sponsor of the JGSF.
Fundraising Committee Member: Assist the Board of Directors in identifying and cultivating sponsors for the league.
Capital Improvement Committee Member: Assist the Board of Directors in developing and facilitating
improvements to league facilities.
CAN MY DAUGHTER PLAY IN ANOTHER AGE DIVISION?
A player can play up one year early, but can not play below her age level. If you would like your daughter to play one year ahead of her age group, register her and contact the league President to have her classification changed.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
Our goal is to be flexible and fair. Any reasonable situation which arises, we will respond to. We ask for you to understand our needs of a time frame wherein we can fairly respond. Once teams have been formed and uniforms ordered, barring highly unusual or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued.
